It is the client’s responsibility to arrange access to the properties during the agreed appointment slots, this includes arranging access with tenants or any third-party attendees.
The Inspector will aim to arrive at the booked appointment time, please remain at the property for at least 30 minutes either side of the appointment period provided in case of any unavoidable delays are encountered during the event. Our inspector will be in the building throughout the event and maybe approached if necessary. Only one booking per flat will be accepted and to protect the finite schedule any duplicate bookings will be cancelled without further notice.
