Sam has been amazing. She goes above and beyond. More caring than any other management company we’ve had (we’ve had a few!) Our estate has flooded due to excess rain and the build up from the neighbouring estate – she has been in regular contact and making efforts to contact the correct people to address the issues. If you are not happy with the service then buy a freehold property and deal with it yourself.
