It is the client or it's authorised representatives’ responsibility to arrange access to the property during the appointment slot, this includes arranging access with tenants or any third-party attendees.
Following receipt of this booking form, our contractor will contact you directly to arrange a suitable time and date to undertake the inspection.
Please ensure the front entrance door to your property remains accessible to our engineer when he arrives, the procedure will take approximately 10-15 minutes per door to complete depending on service selected.
You may cancel or rearrange your booking directly with the contractor within 2 weeks of the scheduled appointment date, refunds are not available after this date.
All Inspections detailed herewith are to be arranged on the same day within a time slot applicable to the time allocated to undertake all inspections without interruption or delay by residents.
Please be aware a confirmed booking which results in a no access will incur further charges to return.
Our engineer will aim to arrive at the booked appointment time but to allow for travel delays please remain at the property for 30 minutes either side of the appointment.
