We work

We work with developers from the point of planning application, drafting Leases, estate regulations, working closely with sales teams providing an accurate picture of the services available on the development and a clear idea of the annual budget. We work closely with solicitors and architects to simplify the management structure; less complications; lower service charges.

Our estate has flooded due to excess rain and the build up from the neighbouring estate – she has been in regular contact and making efforts to contact the correct people to address the issues. If you are not happy with the service then buy a freehold property and deal with it yourself.
